Order FAQs

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend any orders once they are placed, so it's really important that you check your address and details are correct before you purchase.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and the USA. We hope to offer to the rest of the world in the near future. Sign up to our mailing list to stay up to date with the news.

We have a dedicated returns portal for all UK customers. It's as simple as typing in your email to pull up your return. The below terms apply:

  • Your return must be activated on the returns portal no later than 14 days after delivery of the item.
  • You have a 14 day window to get your items back to the warehouse after you have activated your return on the portal.
  • All items received back must come in their original packaging, with all tags and returns ribbons in tact.
  • All items must be free of odours including but not limited to pet, bodily odour and smoke.
  • All items must come back in a resealable condition.
  • You will be notified once you have triggered the returns process of the status of your return.
  • We do not accept returns of resale items.

For international returns please email care@maebe.co.uk. To make the email process quicker for you please reference your order number, email and items you wish to return. The customer care team will then help you to return your items. The above terms are applicable to international returns also, however, the items must be back to us in the warehouse within 25 days of triggering the returns process.

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, please return the original item and place a new order

The return portal will not accept returns if they pass the 14 day window to trigger the returns process. Once this window has passed, we cannot process the return manually.

We would love to offer free returns in the future, however, for now we need to charge for returns. We have a set charge for UK orders of £2.50 that will be taken off the value of your return.

If you believe you have a piece of maebe that has a fault upon delivery. Please trigger the returns process within 14 days of delivery in the returns portal and select 'faulty item' this will then ensure we know to do the correct checks in the warehouse.

If you believe your item is faulty after this period please email care@maebe.co.uk with your order number, name and description of the fault so they can assist you.

If you haven't received your order please email care@maebe.co.uk so they can assist you.

Please check your order carefully before placing as we cannot replace orders if the delivery address is incorrect.

Unfortunately, we do not cover VAT and Duty costs on any orders outside of the UK. This includes Northern Ireland. Each country has varying policies in regards to VAT and duty so you would be best to check on your official government website prior to ordering.

We are currently working hard to get all VAT and duties covered for all countries and will update you in our newsletter as soon as we can!
