Order processing for standard delivery within our warehouse is 2-4 working days, this is prior to the shipment time. We aim to process all of your orders within 1-2 working days, however, in busier periods such as product launches and sale periods, processing may take a little longer. 

For any disputed deliveries, this needs to be raised to the customer care team within 3 days from the delivery. Maebe  cannot claim any responsibility and will not replace any missing packages that aren’t flagged to the team within 3 days of the delivery. This is due to insurance purposes and it cannot be waived.

We offer a few shipping options for our customers depending on preference of the courier. Please note that the shipping time is additional to the processing time.

Royal Mail Standard Delivery (Monday-Friday - 2-3 working days) - £2.95

Evri Standard Delivery (Monday-Saturday - 2-4 working days) - £2.95

Next Day Delivery (Monday-Thursday - order before 3pm) - £6.95 (orders placed after the cut-off time will receive their order on a next day service for the day after) 

All orders over £200 will get Free Standard Delivery
